The cake is finished. Not the best I've ever done, but not terrible, either. I hope the icing holds up until we eat it. I'm going to keep it in the fridge until I have to leave.
Have not made it to the grocery store yet for cling wrap. It's going to be an iffy thing, really, if I do make it; I have to take a shower and get dressed still and it's already 1:30pm. Yikes!
