It is clean the kitchen day/weekend--maybe I can actually get into the very messy laundry room as well (I can hope!!)

I have incentive, too! 50lbs of bread flour! Which, by the way, is currently down to 2007 prices. I got it for $20. If you remember, the price of flour doubled in 2008, and has been creeping downward ever since. It only took two years.

So now, I should be good to go for the fall and winter, so if the price shoots back up, I'll be okay.

I agree! I was okay with $30/50lbs, actually. But I'm afraid the price is going to shoot up because of Russia not exporting any flour due to the fires and drought, etc. (Which I think is a perfectly understandable response, actually. They need to feed their people too.) So I wanted to be set before the price shoots up again.
