I am making No-Knead Challah for Thanksgiving, so I have to do the initial two-hour rise this evening (I'm doing a variation of the King Arthur Flour recipe, the variation being I needed more liquid and such added more eggs.) Oh, and Challah should have poppyseeds on top, not sesame seeds, sheesh.

I am also making the sweet potatoes, although that will be tomorrow. I'm considering Maple Sweet Potatoes again, since that was very tasty. And I'm hopefully going to use a gigantic sweet potato that a lady from church grew for the entire dish. :)

Other than that, I am evidently also baking banana bread. So tomorrow morning/early afternoon should be fairly busy!
