I'm up a bit early this morning (considering I told myself I could sleep in, which, technically, I did, so...) to get going on the baking/cooking and have a nice morning to drink my tea and eat breakfast and write a bit before I have to begin. My No-Knead Challah rose really well overnight in the fridge! I'm glad I put it in a big bucket. :)
