Lunch for next week is some sort of stew that includes chunks of pork (cooked in a combination of honey and maple syrup), basmati rice, split peas, mixed beans, cumin, olive oil, garlic, and ginger.

It's quite tasty.

I say "some sort of stew" because it doesn't have a name quite yet.

(It was also supper tonight, along with garlic cheese bread topped with goat cheese. Mmmmm.)
