Last night, I made what was supposed to be chocolate opera cremes; they are chocolate somethings, at least; I wouldn't necessarily call them opera cremes. They did, however, turn out well. A little crunchy, but I think that's the crispy outside. The inside is creamy. Very interesting (and hard on the arms) candy to make!
It's Christmas Eve! Boy, did December go fast. I have successfully refrained from making any additional Christmas presents, although I have lots of ideas (of course); I really don't need any more. But I am going to work on my idea of a woven felted bag, which should be fun to attempt. I may even start it this morning. We'll see.
I still have to wrap most of my Christmas presents, though. That will take some time.
