And then, because I couldn't resist, I carved my first spoon.
(I only cut myself four times!)
Obviously, the next one will be bigger; this one is more of a 'tasting' spoon and only holds 1/4 tsp.
I thought I had a Swiss Army knife that had the little blade, and I did, so that was good. I sharpened it, read through the directions, and made a mess in my kitchen. :)
But I did it, though! It might not be pretty like some of the handcarved spoons I have, but I did it! Yay!
(Actually, the hardest part was the sanding of the bowl.)
