Dear neighbors,
I need to mow my grass, but I've been hesitating to do so because it's been rather hot and because I don't want to knock my fingernail loose/make it worse/etc., because it's healing up quite nicely. It's supposed to rain tonight, and the weather is supposed to break, and then be cloudy tomorrow and 72 and sunny on Tuesday--I realize that my weeds have gone to seed and the front of my lawn looks terrible, but I am oh-so-tempted to wait until Tuesday to mow my grass, because then I will not die from heatstroke, since it's supposed to be 89 today.
So don't be surprised if I concentrate on the kitchen today and worry about the grass when it's a bit cooler outside.
