Pork, Kale, Swiss Chard (and garlic) stir fry.

Ingredients:

pork, cut into cubes (chicken would work well too.)
fresh kale, washed and torn into pieces (How much depends on how much you have. The more the better.)
fresh swiss chard, washed and torn into pieces (Ditto.)
2 cloves garlic, or more if you desire
olive oil
water
soy sauce
honey
rosemary
thyme

Directions:

Heat up a wok or other similar stir fry skillet, etc. When hot, add olive oil and garlic. Cook for just a minute, perhaps, then add pork. Use spatula to move pork around and cover with oil/garlic. Add a bit of water, a few dashes or so of soy sauce, rosemary, and thyme. Cover. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until pork is done.

Add kale and swiss chard. You want it wilted only. Once it's done and everything is mixed together, add honey, just a drizzle. Mix that in, and then serve over rice.
