Basix by Staub Enameled Cast Iron Cookware

I now know some of what needs to be changed in the Beth-Hill series. All of it is stuff that bothered me from the beginning, but I never quite felt like I knew enough to make those changes.

Now I do. Whoooeeee, there's going to be some major rewriting in all three books, but I will be happier with the whole series when I'm finished.

It's amazing what you can accomplish after wondering what would happen if you changed just one little piece...
