Basix by Staub Enameled Cast Iron Cookware

If I had my druthers, I would open a bakery/boulangerie and be perfectly happy baking and cooking and feeding people for the rest of my life.

I'm making Blueberry Crunch for dessert this evening. It's basically Blueberry Crisp, really, but a smaller amount and pan due to the fact that it's only me, and it's a new recipe.
