The Apple Butter bread and Oatmeal Sesame are rising right now. I don't have enough whole wheat flour to make 100% wheat bread, so no whole wheat Challah. :(

I need to wait about 30 minutes between batches, because I can only fit four loaves at a time in my oven.

And no Rye breads, because my Rye flour is no longer good. Oh well!

So, next up will be Cheddar Cheese bread and I'm going to do one loaf of 'Christmas Bread', which has molasses and honey in it. Interesting!
