Note to self:
Remember, this happened last time too. Sapphire Flour has a very high moisture content. So, watch the water when you make bread. The usual 1 1/2 cups of water? Probably 3/4 cup would have been fine.
As it turned out, I ended up adding enough flour to make it work and now have two loaves of bread. ;)
