The black kitten was healthy, so he's now inside with the others. I haven't heard a peep out of him for almost 45 minutes now. No one else has noticed there's an extra kitten in the house. :)
I was a bit concerned about bringing nine kittens to the vet by myself. I thought they'd be screaming, or fighting to get out of the carriers. In truth, however, they were little angels. Only the black kitten wasn't happy in the carrier.
Now, the Eight are asleep, and the black kitten is still exploring, although I showed him where his new brothers and sisters are sleeping, so he no longer has to sleep alone.
