My current favorite picture of Birdie.

At the moment, the kittens are running around like crazy nuts, which is pretty normal for this time of night. They are also chasing a fly. This has been going on for a good hour and a half. The fly, so far, has escaped every time. I'm half-expecting Chloe to snatch it out of the air and eat it, just for spite.
