As far as I know (as of 5:15pm yesterday afternoon) we're still on for 2:30. Word from the bank was that they were going to attempt to remove the contigencies from the loan contract. More power to them.
The fallback on that is that we've (the seller and I) agreed to split the cost of repairs and we'll put money in escrow for that if it doesn't come off. So that works too.
