Both ebay and paypal have email addresses that you can forward suspicious emails to: spoof@ebay.com and spoof@paypal.com .
I've been forwarding all the ebay and paypal spam I've received, because I think they really need to know how bad it is. (Four yesterday, in fact.)
So beware, and be cautious, and don't be stupid. Look at the headers of your emails!!
