So whose bright idea was it to buy currants anyway?! I just spent 30 minutes picking them... And there are plenty more to pick. And I am soaked (you should see my pants) because we got a lot of rain today.
Of course in between picking them I ate peas. So not too bad, really.
And Oh My Gosh, you should see all the blackberries!!!
Here is what July is going to look like for me:
--get home
--check email
--change clothes (long sleeves, long pants, boots (due to mosquitoes)
--pick blackberries
--pick blackberries
--pick blackberries
--pick blackberries
--pick blackberries
--pick blackberries
--pick blackberries
--pick blackberries
--pick blackberries
--pick blackberries
--pick garden produce
--eat supper
--go to bed
--repeat
