Yesterday, I planted eighteen tomatoes and six squash in my garden--this might not sound like much to some people, but it's about half of the tomatoes I have on hand. The rest of the squash will be forthcoming; the plants aren't quite ready yet.

Today, I need to clear more space for more tomatoes, plant those and some potatoes too, repot my malabar spinach, figure out where I'm going to put the beans, do laundry because I'm running out of clothes I can wear in the garden (and after close to five days of garden work, my jeans really need to be washed), and start cleaning the kitchen and entry room.

Oh, I have to go help Emily with her garden as well. I did that most of yesterday afternoon, and we planted something like 300 tomatoes. Yikes!

So busy, busy, busy!
