Aha. Here's the reason... I'm an introvert!
Of course I already knew this. My medium for communication is written, hands down. I don't verbalize well, and I'd much rather be by myself than be with anyone. Oh, I can be in the same house as someone else, but if they're trying to engage me and I only want to be alone... Hmm. Sounds familiar.
If any of you ever meet me In Real Life, you'll see. I'm quiet. Although I know some of you well enough to probably be okay, just the specter of meeting any of you will have me in a cold sweat at first. *g* My Dad even commented that he knew more about me by reading this blog than he ever knew from living with me for twenty-some odd years. Now I know why. :)
