Plying
So I finally, at long last, finished plying on my Tibetan. I found that it really helped me to spin it on my leg (with no bowl) for most of the rest of the plying; my shoulder/arm did not hurt once I figured that out. But oh, it took forever. And I'm not sure I will do it again. I find plying on a wheel much faster and less boring. :)
