Today's breads:

2 loaves of whole wheat sunflower seed sourdough.
4 loaves of French sourdough.
8 rounds of Carta Di Musica bread, which is really fun to make.

The sourdough hasn't been baked yet; this is a rather complicated recipe that pretty much has taken all day (if I include the overnight refreshing of the levain, then it's at least a 24-hour recipe, all told.) I have high hopes it will be very tasty, however.

Later on, I'm planning to make some lentil hummus to go with the Carta Di Musica bread. We'll see how that works out.

I'm sharing a loaf of the French sourdough with Mom and Dad, and two loaves per week is actually good for me, especially since I tend to pack lunches during the week, and some of those lunches are sandwiches.
