Egads! Budget Cuts is finished. The end wordcount is 18,580, but I think that will change, depending on where I decided the ending is. (Essentially, I have two endings. I can't decide which one I like best.) I can probably expand it to 20k without much trouble, and maybe even tonight. I'm reading over it now.
