I am on hold with Cuisinart at the moment, and every two seconds a voice comes on saying "sorry for the delay." That's a bit excessive!
They must be having a run on calls this morning, although I've not been on hold for very long so far. Or maybe they only have a couple of people at their customer service desk.

Hmm. Okay, so the lady said she could send me the manual through email. She sent me the Rice Cooker manual. What the heck?
Do I really need a manual? Surely they all are pretty much the same. ARGH. *sends reply back to the customer service lady.*
