A while back, I bought the wrong kind of Kashi cereal on Amazon, which meant that I ended up with four boxes of the stuff and I really didn't care for it.

Today, I found a recipe for Kashi cookies that uses that very same cereal, so hopefully they will taste good and I can use some of it up. We'll see!

ETA: Verdict--delicious! I am definitely making these again, and hopefully will use up the rest of the cereal (two and a half boxes now.) The dough was really sticky, but it worked out fine.
