At the moment, HD is 25,624 words. I was upwards of 54k last time before I started the first rewrite of the rewrite, so I have a bit of catching up to do yet. However, the Michael/Emle sequence, which (so far) looks like it will be pretty much unchanged, is almost 12k in itself, so I'm not really that far off. (And I'm just getting to the point where that will be starting.)
Not too shabby for a week's worth of work.
I did manage to clean most of my office (I still have a small pile to put away and all the sweaters for the sweater bears to fold and put somewhere, but it's mostly nice and neat) and do my laundry, so at least I wasn't sitting at the computer all day long. Yikes. But I think I wrote at least 20 pages today. Onward!
