Basix by Staub Enameled Cast Iron Cookware

Forgot to say... last night I had this horrible craving for a Wendy's taco salad, but I didn't want to hop in the car and buy one, so I decided to try my hand at making my own. I had most of the fixins here, so I combined everything that sounded good (chili, lettuce, cheese, tortilla chips) and it was yummy! I didn't have any salsa, though. But still, even without salsa, it was good. (And a lot cheaper than Wendy's taco salad!)
