So I decided to make dessert for tonight with the bulgur wheat. It's also going to be breakfast, I think; it's yummy, although I would definitely use less ginger next time. I did add more cinnamon to combat the ginger's hotness. I left out the dates and other dried fruits; I tend not to like dried fruits all that much, except for peaches.

This was a very tasty recipe. You could halve it quite easily. And I bet it would work in the rice cooker, too.
