I got this idea yesterday afternoon about Scarecrows, and started writing it last night. Fast-forward to this evening and I have sixteen pages of newly written material, but not continuing where I left off, starting from the beginning, or a prologue, at least.
Only, I'm not sure this is just going to be a prologue. It's almost a separate story that is connected to what happens in Scarecrows.
Is this a bad thing? Not at all. I'm happy to be writing it again, since Malachi has been shouting at me lately.
