I spent the day at the Appalachian Mountain Artisans Fest in Winchester, Ohio; it was a bit warm, but not as hot as last year. It was also quite fun. I sold some handspun yarn (yay!), among other things, and brought Eliza with me, and we plied some more yarn and spun some bright blue English Longwool Roving.
I brought home local honey, local maple syrup, olive oil soap, and olive oil-based lotion, along with some really soft bouncy brown tweedy roving.
It's a three-day show, and Jess was there as well yesterday, but she has another show tomorrow, so I only stayed the one day... which was fine.
I did a lot better this year selling-wise than last year. Maybe that's a good sign!
