Basix by Staub Enameled Cast Iron Cookware

I turned on the heat. It was 53F and dropping at the thermostat; it would have been 50F by morning, and it's only supposed to get up to 42F tomorrow, with 34F overnight. So.

I only turned the thermostat to 60F, however.
