So what do you do with 60-some fresh peaches when it's almost 90 outside? Mmmmmm. Peach sorbet. (Okay, it was almost melting too fast for the picture. Yummy! And I didn't use up all the peaches, of course, but I used up 8 today! (Six for the sorbet and two for the bread.)

The peach bread is done, too. It's also quite tasty. I'll make it again. I might even freeze the amount of peach puree the recipe calls for. I left the skins on the peaches and you can't even tell.
