I am making minestrone soup and challah today. And also bean/rice/cheese/slow roasted tomato/green pepper burrito filling, if it works.
It was 6.2 degrees outside when I woke up this morning! The kitchen was a nice semi-toasty 63 degrees, though, because I set up the fan to blow air from the dining room into the entry room. So I'm warming it up even more by baking. Yum. :)
