Oh, I guess I have no excuse now. Tanya Huff is Guest of Honor at Context 21, which is two hours away, in Columbus. It's in September, so there's plenty of time for me to plan for this, and a two-hour away weekend vacation isn't that bad.
If I can find someone who might be interested in sharing a room, that would be great too. Vicki, you're not able to get away that weekend, are you? :)
