Basix by Staub Enameled Cast Iron Cookware

My current impatience stems from actually wanting to get the gas bill in the mail so I can see how bad it will be.

I want to get a bill. Sheesh.

I'm not that worried about the electric bill or the water bill or the waste bill (they all come together.)
