The house is rather cold today, so I put the bread dough in the oven to rise. We'll see how this one turns out--the book recommended kneading it for 20 minutes! Yikes. I think I managed about that before it looked to be ready. The recipe takes four eggs, though, so it should be yummy, even if it doesn't turn out right. We'll see.
I'm trying to decide whether or not to make another loaf of something just in case, but I think I'll hold off for a while.
And I need to buy more Amish cheese, because I'm just about out. Maybe next weekend? That might work. Hmm.
Oh, and I used my new dough beater thingy from the King Arthur Flour catalog, as well as the scraper. I love them both. The dough mixer/beater is much better than using a wooden spoon. Much, much better.
