I hope the no-knead sourdough bread tastes as good as it looks!


Edit, later: It's good. I can tell it's made with milk. I don't usually make enriched bread; this is definitely enriched (it has an egg in it too.) This is not a bad thing at all; it's quite tasty. But sourdough? Not that you'd notice. The 'sourdough' flavor reminds me of my yogurt, honestly.

It tastes good too! I'm going to try a non-enriched version this next time, I think. I do like the flavor. In my opinion, if the sourdough flavor is too strong, it doesn't taste good with peanut butter and jelly. And that's important! :)
