Okay. I called about the Clermont County job, since I hadn't heard from them at all yet. The lady told me that they had made a decision, and that the recommendation was going to go before the board today, she thought. The people who didn't get the job will get letters in the mail. She didn't tell me if I made the cut or not, so it's back to waiting. If I don't hear anything by Friday, I'm going to assume I didn't get the job.
And onward, to the forest service job. According to the website, it could take anywhere from 2-6 months to be hired after interviews, etc., depending on the job involved. So I might not know about that one for a while anyway.
