I last stocked up on cheese and bulk groceries on January 5th, it looks like. So, this time, the $25 of cheese is going to last over two months. Not bad at all! And I'm still not out of bread flour or other flour, either. I bet I can stretch the flour another two months, but I'll need cheese in a week or two. I'm out of a couple varieties of cheese, but I still have enough left to last for a little while.

I'm trying to decide if I want to do soup for this week (minestrone) or calzones. And maybe I'll make both; I can switch between them for lunch/supper.
