8 1/2 quarts of tomato juice tonight, bringing my total up to 26 (I'm not counting the half quarts; they can be extras.) This isn't bad at all; I'm over halfway to my goal and only on the third juicing. And Mom and Dad's tomatoes haven't started coming in in quantity yet.
I only have one freezer bag left, though; I'm going to have to pick some up at the grocery store tomorrow, because I'll probably be juicing again on Saturday. Twice a week isn't too bad, I guess. :)
Of course, it took me all evening to do this, including clean-up. Whew! I'm tired now.
