Have fun! I have a garlic-rosemary sourdough and a no-knead sourdough recipe, if you want them when the time comes. :)

Yes, but I didn't keep it going. I did wild sourdough last year while I was on vacation, and it worked great, but then I kind of forgot about it and by the time I remembered, it was rather... let's just say icky.
