Basix by Staub Enameled Cast Iron Cookware

I spent three hours at a local restaurant last night talking with one of the members of my writers' group (you know, the one whose meetings I can't go to anymore with my lovely schedule.) It was so nice to actually sit down and talk to someone--a rarity since the vast majority of my friends are flung far and wide.

I hope I get to do it again soon.
