Well, sleep recovery... I'd give it a 7 out of 10. I'm definitely doing yoga before I leave for the craft show this morning. Hopefully that will help.

I wove a bit on the new loom last night--it goes fast! I will explain more later as to what I intend to do with this loom.

And now, I have to get ready to go. I got up extra early so I wouldn't have to rush. (And these past two nights have been dream nights anyway, so I'm not really getting a lot of sleep.)
