YIPPEE!
So the lady from the bank called, and I asked her if she had a final figure for me. Total closing costs, downpayment, etc., comes to less than what I currently have in my savings account!!!!!!!!!!!!! Like almost $1000 less!!!!!!!!!!!
So that means I don't have to sell anything else on ebay (although I might just to get rid of what I have.)
And that means I can buy a new computer with my free paycheck in October!
And that means... I did it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
