It's much too hot and muggy in the kitchen to mess with the Butternut Squash, and it's starting to thunder anyway, so I'm going to do something very simple for supper with Swiss Chard, potatoes, garlic, etc. We'll see how it turns out. I'll post pictures, definitely!
