The farmer's market was crowded and full of interesting things--except for milk, flour, grains, spices and butter, you could almost do your entire grocery shopping there. I bought some delicious bread from Blue Oven Bakery, some maple syrup, and some goat milk lotion.

The bread--oh, how I wish I had a wood-fired bread oven in my backyard. Maybe someday. :) It's really tasty, of course! I'm going to use the rest of the baguette I bought for French Bread Pizzas. I'm actually happy I could buy more bread for this week, because the sourdough loaf I made on Saturday is already half gone.

We ate sausage sandwiches for lunch, and Elsa was very good all day. Still, it made for a long day, especially since I have to get up for work this morning.
