First, let me introduce you to my winter squash harvest. This isn't all of them by any means, just the largest, nicest ones. In the picture below, there are two Thelma Sanders Sweet Potato Squash (large acorn squash shaped white ones), one Fordhook Acorn Squash (oblong white one), two Table Queen Acorn Squash (the green ones) and one Potimarron Squash (you figure it out!) You can't really tell how large they are in the picture, so that's why I took picture #2...


This is my mug and one Thelma Sanders Sweet Potato Squash.
My mug stands five inches high.


And this is tonight's dessert. I am calling it Chocolate Tar Pudding*.






*I've never made pudding from scratch before. I will now. It was so simple! And very, very tasty. :)
