Hmm, I guess I can bake bread on the weeknights. If I'd started when I got home from work, I would have been done by the time I go to bed. But right now, I have four loaves of bread cooling on racks on my dining room table. And they look good! I am going to cut into one tomorrow for breakfast, I think, so I can see how they really look and how they'll taste.

I tried putting flaxseed on the top of one loaf, but unfortunately, they are falling off, so I don't think I'll try that again. Two loaves have poppyseed, and one is a plain egg wash.

And Transformation officially stands at 50,001 words. Ha!
