I ventured out to the garden to poke around the volunteer potatoes for a potential supper since my zucchini isn't big enough to pick quite yet. (I was so looking forward to zucchini for supper!) Lo and behold, I found three potatoes--one quite large! So, organically grown potatoes for supper with local butter and a bit of non-local parmesan cheese. YUM.
(If all my potatoes end up as large as the one I found under the volunteer, I am going to be IN TROUBLE!)
