Scratch that--I'm now out of yeast! Thank goodness I had enough to replenish the regular fridge dough; I didn't have enough to do the challah, so that will have to be tomorrow. I will stop at the grocery store after church and pick up some emergency yeast.
I also only have enough bread flour for one more loaf of bread--if I'm lucky. So I'm glad I did decide to place an order at KAF.
And I'm up to 42k in Transformation. I ran Josephine's battery down, so I'm taking the recharging time to do other things that I need to do and consider the next chapter. I might only have four chapters left. Eeeek!
